the call rates for SnetFone service?
You can view call rates in detail by accessing the Webpage
http://snetfone.com.vn then
click on "Call Rate" button.
4. Do I have to pay for anything else besides the SnetFone call charge?
SnetFone is a value-added service on the Internet. So, you shall pay for the
Internet access fee and local telephone charge besides the Internet phone call
charge.
5. I live in Dong Thap, can I use the SnetFone service?
With a SnetFone prepaid card, you can use the service at any computer connected
to the Internet in 61 cities and provinces throughout Viet Nam.
6. When I download SnetFone Dialer to be installed in my computer, it
sends an error message saying no software installation?
The problem arises in two cases. 1) Your computer has no sound card. 2) There
are errors in the sound card driver. You should contact the computer seller for
the sound card or driver .
7. Sometimes my SnetFone calls are interrupted. Why?
We recommend you use the Internet telephone service with the connection speed at
33.6 Kbps and over. When your call is interrupted, please check your computer
operations including the Internet connection speed and other running
applications. If you have closed all applications but the connection speed is
still lower than 28.8 Kbps, then you should reconnect or restart the computer.
