HOW TO USE
 ?
All you need is a SnetFone
prepaid card available at any SaigonNet's sales dealers all over the country.
Enter its Pin Code and Password then you can make an international call directly
on the Website: http://www.snetfone.com.vn. Or else you can download the Soft
Dialer software from the site to be installed on your PC, laptop, PDA etc.,
The SnetFone service is similar to a
traditional telephone service but at the same time, you can browse the Web,
check e-mail and use any other service on the Internet.
Service Requirements
* SnetFone prepaid card .
* Microphone or USB phone.
* Note: The SnetFone service is available only when you are having a
connection to the Internet .
Technical
Instructions
Please follow these steps in order to use the SnetFone service
1. Internet Connection at the
minimum speed of 33.6Kbps.
2. Make a
phone call by the following ways:
2.1 Using Soft dialer:
Soft Dialer can be installed onto your PC by:
a)
<Click here> Download the
software and install as instructed.
b) Installing from the CD-ROM attached .
- Run the Soft Dialer
- Click on “Acc/
Pin” button to enter the Account Number and Pin Code printed on
the card
- Enter Telephone Number :
Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number.
- Click on the button
 to make the call.
- Click on the button
 to end the call.
2.2 Using Web dialer:
-
Click here
- Select an appropriate language
(English/Vietnamese).
- Enter the Account Number and PIN code printed on
the card.
- Enter the Telephone Number: Country Code + Area
Code + Telephone Number.
- Click on the button to make the call.
- Click on the button to end the call.
Other utilities
- Address Books: The telephone directory
helps save all of your telephone numbers needed .
- Acc (Pin): Enter or change the Account
Number or Pin Code.
- CallLog: View charges (all the calls
you have made: telephone number, country, call duration, rates, charges,
balance).
- Rates: View call rates for each
country.
- Menu: Check the microphone operarion
status or install other functions.
- Help: FAQs.
Note
- The PC must have a sound card installed and connected
to the Internet.
- Stop downloading any other softwares to ensure the
highest call quality.
- Do not enter the IDD number 00 on making phone calls.
- Call duration and the balance will appear on the screen
as you are making a call (depending on the call rate applicable for each
country).
- If you use a public Internet service remember to delete
your Account Number immediately after that .
